*A medical/psychiatry Assessment with our clinical providers is required to go over your history and make sure the treatment is safe and tolerable for you. In most cases, this is covered by insurance. If patient does not meet eligibility coverage, the out of pocket cost will be $300. Hudson Team will check eligibility.
